Shipping

All orders placed before 4 PM on working days are dispatched the same day.

Once dispatched, your order should arrive within approximately:

Serbia:
Standard delivery (1–3 working days) — 500–600 RSD

Free shipping on orders over 5,000 RSD.

All orders are shipped via Post Express.

Payment is available by cash on delivery (COD).

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable Serbian consumer protection law.

Returned items should be unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

Please note that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us at info@saywaywear.com.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange, except where the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable Serbian consumer protection law.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
