These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the SAYWAY online store.

By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

SAYWAY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The Terms applicable to your order are those published on the website at the time your order is placed.

The availability of a product on our website does not guarantee that the product will remain available. Products may sell out, be discontinued or removed from sale at any time.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, details and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

All prices displayed on the SAYWAY website are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Delivery costs are shown separately where applicable.

Free shipping is available on orders over 5,000 RSD.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

Please make sure that your name, phone number and delivery address are correct before submitting your order.

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability, an error or another unforeseen circumstance, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing, stock or technical error, subject to applicable law.

Orders are currently delivered within Serbia via Post Express.

Orders placed before 4 PM on business days are generally dispatched the same business day.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Standard delivery costs approximately 500–600 RSD, depending on the shipment.

Orders over 5,000 RSD qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable Serbian consumer protection law.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products when exercising the right of withdrawal, except where otherwise required by law.

Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.

The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@saywaywear.com with your order information and details of the issue.

Consumer complaints and issues concerning the conformity of goods will be handled in accordance with applicable Serbian consumer protection law.

All content available on the SAYWAY website, including the SAYWAY name, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, product designs, text and other content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws where applicable.

Content from this website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission from SAYWAY.

You agree not to misuse the SAYWAY website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Unauthorised copying, automated extraction or commercial use of website content is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
